How long will it take to receive my order?

For customers in Dhaka City, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. For orders outside of Dhaka, please allow 4–6 business days for our courier partners to reach you.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 60 BDT within Dhaka and 120 BDT for the rest of Bangladesh.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can use this ID on our website's [Track Order] page to see the real-time status of your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make further changes.
